The home of STEM education for school students.

There's a career gap for all young, future professionals: we ask them to choose careers they've never experienced, and teach STEM as facts to memorize rather than crafts to practice. We exist to provide the career trajectory guidance high school and college students need - to make informed college decisions that will impact their careers.

We run real-world STEM competitions - treating students as industry professionals, responding to genuine industry scenarios and challenges. All our competitions are open-ended challenges with no right or wrong. Success takes everything that professionals understand - not just the application of engineering and science, but the group work and soft skills required for design trade offs and solving for multivariate problems.

Although we run competitions and events, at our core we are a community - a place for students, professionals, and educators to provide the career trajectory guidance students need. We offer an Academy - training, mentoring, and coaching for future STEM professionals; and a Community platform - building out the network of industry, college, and education partners to support our student members.

As one judge, a senior aerospace executive, put it: "These events should be mandatory for every student, globally."
