Paweł Łapiński

Manages and supervises the activity of Stelmet and companies of the Capital Group. Responsible for development and implementation of the strategy of the Stelmet Capital Group. Directly supervises the HR, investments, research and development as well as IT departments. Associated with the company since 2021. Over 16 years of experience as Chairman of the Board and Managing Director in enterprises operating in various sectors of the economy. Most recently, as Vice President of the Management Board of the Azoty Group.

A graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun in the faculty of production process and management of industrial enterprises. Also completed numerous postgraduate studies, e.g. at the Nicolaus Copernicus University, Main School of Trade in Warsaw, the Academy of Business - NLU and at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
