STEM ENRG
The STEM ENRG program is a 6-month career pivot program for women of color. We customize their tech learning experience to meet them where they are while teaching them the life skills they need to take them where they want to go. The program combines culturally relevant, project-based learning with immersive development in the following key areas: * Coding and technical skill * Leadership * Agency, self-efficacy, and a growth mindset * Financial wellness * Emotional agility and wellness * Mentorship
