Kwangil Kim has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Kwangil worked at STEM since 2016, starting as a Junior Business Analyst and progressing to become a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, and eventually a Business Analyst Manager. Kwangil then transitioned into project management roles, working as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Director. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Operations, Japan. Prior to STEM, they worked at The Korean Federation of Commerce and Industry in Japan from 2011 to 2015 as a Member of General Affairs.
Kwangil Kim obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Korea University in 2009. Kwangil then pursued further education and received a Master of Arts degree in Economics from Hitotsubashi University in 2011. In 2022, they obtained an EF SET English Certificate with a score of 74/100 (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test.
