Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in nutrition and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, since January 2016, Mariana has held the position of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Mariana's entrepreneurial experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and working as a nutritionist at a private consulting office between February 2016 and 2019. Mariana also contributed to education as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics for nutrition and food history.
