Luciano Lara

Luciano Lara has over 25 years of experience in mechanical engineering, currently serving as a Projetista Mecânico at Stemac since September 2011, where duties include developing power panel projects for generator sets and adapting older generators to modern operational standards. Prior to this role, Luciano worked as a freelance mechanical engineer at Octoclima from September 2013 to July 2020, overseeing and designing industrial air conditioning installations. Luciano's career began at Madef S.A, where a progression from mechanical lathe operator and quality inspector to designer spanned from September 1995 to June 2011, focusing on industrial refrigeration equipment design. Luciano holds a postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering and Industrial Management from Unisinos, completed in 2017, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, obtained in 2012.
