Charlotte Yap

Charlotte Yap, PhD, possesses extensive experience in sales and technical roles within the biotechnology and research sectors. Since June 2014, Charlotte has held multiple positions at STEMCELL Technologies, progressing from Technical Sales Representative to Regional and National Sales Manager. Prior to this, Charlotte worked as a Recruitment Consultant at ESE Recruitment and served as a Voluntary Clinical Trials Assistant at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, where tasks included managing clinical data and summarizing human research ethics procedures. Additional clinical research assistance was provided at Murdoch Childrens Research Institute. Charlotte holds a PhD in Stem Cell Biology and Cell Signalling, and a Bachelor of Biomedical Science with First Class Honours, both from the University of Melbourne. Early research experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the Australian Stem Cell Centre, focusing on laboratory operations and compliance.
