Jo Gromadzki

Jo Gromadzki is an accomplished engineering professional with over 20 years of experience in mechanical engineering and systems design. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at STEMCELL Technologies, Jo leads diverse teams in developing lab automation solutions and has successfully spearheaded a five-year roadmap for product portfolios. Previous roles include Senior Mechanical Engineer/Team Lead at STEMCELL Technologies and Systems Engineer at Océ - A Canon Company, where Jo focused on innovating technical solutions for high-performance printing systems. Jo's career also includes significant contributions as a Mechanical Designer at Azure Dynamics, Kodak, and Bose Corporation, consistently driving improvements in design efficiency and product performance. Jo holds a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with a Mechatronics Option from the University of Waterloo.
