Katelyn Genoud

Katelyn Genoud, PhD, currently serves as a Scientific Marketing Specialist at STEMCELL Technologies, where responsibilities include collaboration on go-to-market strategies and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives for gastrointestinal and organoid product lines. Prior to this role, Katelyn completed a PhD in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, focusing on developing antibiotic-free 3D printed composite scaffolds for bone defect prevention. Katelyn's extensive research experience also encompasses positions at the University Medical Center Groningen, where a master's thesis on substrate stiffness and shear stress was conducted, and various engineering roles in organizations such as Norbord Technology Center and Johnson & Johnson, emphasizing innovation in medical devices and materials.
