Melody Lam

Melody Lam serves as the Director of Total Rewards and HR Systems at STEMCELL Technologies since April 2023, overseeing global compensation, benefits, HR systems, HR operations, and HR projects for a workforce across 16 countries. Prior experience includes a role as Director of HR Systems, Payroll, and Benefits at Langara College, where Melody led diverse initiatives within the People & Culture team from April 2021 to April 2023. Previously, at Vancouver Airport Authority, Melody managed total rewards from July 2018 to March 2021 and held various positions at Willis Towers Watson from September 2007 to June 2018, including Associate Director in the Rewards line of business and Consultant in the Retirement line of business. Melody holds a Bachelor of Mathematics in Actuarial Science and Economics from the University of Waterloo.
