Billy Hall has extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering, primarily at Stemco LP since 1986. In the role of EMLS Leader Tool & Die, Billy Hall oversees all manufacturing tooling necessary for the daily production of Stemco products, focusing on the development of new tooling and fixtures. Previous positions include Sr Manufacturing Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed continuous improvement and equipment management, and Process Engineer, directing stamping tooling and processes. Additional roles ranged from Prototype Coordinator, responsible for new product development, to various administrative and supervisory positions within warranty and injection molding departments. Early career experience includes serving as Field Supervisor at Cudd Pressure Control, supervising offshore and land production well recovery from 1978 to 1985.
