Clayton Hunter is a Product/Process Engineer at STEMCO Products since May 2018, focusing on the Rubber Molding cell and leading the launch of a new oil seal line. Responsibilities include troubleshooting machinery, conducting quality audits, and facilitating continuous improvement processes. Prior to this role, Clayton served as a Warranty Engineer, performing root cause analyses, data presentations, and customer interactions. Clayton's experience also includes an engineering internship at Sat-Lite Technologies, where skills in assembly and modification were developed, and earlier roles as a Math Tutor, Mechanic Assistant, and Machinist. Clayton holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from LeTourneau University and an Associate of Science from Kilgore College.
