Liangbin Zhang

Liangbin "Jacky" Zhang has worked as Stemedica’s Controller since 2020 and brings to Stemedica a familiarity with PRC, GAAP, IFRS and listing rules of the Chinese stock market as well as skill in establishing financial frameworks, treasury management, financial analysis models, cost controls, process management and internal controls. Mr. Zhang also serves as Group Deputy Financial Director of Jiuzhitang Co. Ltd, a Shenzhen-listed pharmaceutical company where is he in charge of the group financial management works. Mr. Zhang also serves as Financial Director of the Zhuhai Hengqin Jiuzhitang Yonghe Qihang Fund (Beijing, China).

Prior to joining Stemedica, Mr. Zhang worked as Group Financial Director for Doug Fang Precision Technology Co., Ltd, a listed company in China with a market capitalization of $ 1.5 billion, annual sales of nearly $ 2 billion, and more than 3000 employees and as Group Senior Financial Manager for ORG Packaging Co., Ltd, a listed company in China with a market capitalization of $ 2 billion, annual sales of nearly $ 1.5 billion, and more than 4000 employees.

Mr. Zhang obtained a BS degree in Finance and Accounting from the Rotterdam Hogeschool and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Gotland University.
