Rebecca Degman

Rebecca Degman is an experienced professional in learning and development and talent attraction, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Stemilt Growers since October 2014. In this role, Rebecca has established a foundation for soft-skills development to foster employee growth and has partnered with vendors to implement new educational solutions. Prior to this, Rebecca held the position of Talent Attraction Manager, where talent attraction programs were developed to meet staffing needs through collaboration with business leaders and the talent team. Earlier in Rebecca's career, roles included Recruitment Administrator and Recruitment Specialist, focusing on new hire orientations and benefits administration. Prior experience at Coulee Medical Center as an HR Generalist and Credentialing Coordinator contributed to a well-rounded background in human resources. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Washington.
