Vivian Page

Vivian Page serves as the Vice President of Human Capital at Stemilt Growers since August 2021, leading the strategic development and implementation of human capital and culture functions. Concurrently, Vivian holds the position of Principal at NextLevel, where advisory services are provided with a focus on enhancing enterprise value. As a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council since March 2017, Vivian contributes extensive expertise in human resources. Prior to current roles, Vivian worked at Talking Rain Beverage Company® from 2004 to January 2021, progressing through multiple executive positions, including Executive Vice President of Business Performance and Inclusivity, with a strong focus on data-driven performance and an inclusive workplace culture. Vivian's earlier roles included strategic leadership in human resources, culminating in the creation of organizational purpose, values, and vision. Vivian holds a degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
