West Mathison

West Mathison has a diverse work experience. West started their career at Accenture in 2000 as a Change Management Consultant. In 2002, they joined Stemilt Growers, where they held various roles including Special Projects Manager, Executive Vice President, and eventually became the President/CEO in 2005. Stemilt Growers is a family-owned tree fruit business based in Wenatchee, WA. West Mathison is responsible for overseeing the company's operations as a vertically integrated grower, packer, and shipper of fresh fruits. In 2016, they also joined the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco (Seattle Branch) as a Member of the Board of Directors. In this role, West Mathison contributes insights on the agriculture business sector and provides observations on the economy to help direct federal monetary policy.

West Mathison attended the University of Puget Sound from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Finance.
