Jennifer Gray

Jennifer Gray has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jennifer started their career as a Project Manager, Trainer, and Coach at BAP Bankpartner AG from February 2006 to June 2012. Following that, from July 2012 to March 2013, they served as the Head of Personnel Development at Sparkasse Aurich-Norden. Jennifer then joined Vesuvius as a Human Resources Generalist and Specialist from August 2013 to June 2016. Jennifer later worked as the Manager of Human Resources at Smurfit Kappa Herzberg Solid Board GmbH from July 2016 to April 2017.

In November 2017, Jennifer began their role as the HR Director / Prokuristin / Senior Business Partner Product Lines at Wabtec Corporation, a position that they continue to hold. Alongside this, they also served as the HR Business Unit Power Collection from April 2021 to November 2022.

Jennifer's work experience also includes roles at Stemmann-Technik GmbH as an HR Director / Prokuristin from November 2017 onwards and at PanTrac GmbH in the same position from August 2020.

Even prior to these positions, Jennifer has been active as a Consultant in their own freelance business, Enhancing People, Culture & Business, since September 2002. Their freelance work focuses on developing people and culture within organizations while considering business objectives. Jennifer also offers mentoring and coaching services upon personal request.

Jennifer Gray's education history includes a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Human Resources from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, which they completed in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Project Management and Leadership from the same university in 2008. In 2005, Jennifer obtained a Diplom Kauffrau degree with a focus on SME Management and Corporate Communication from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management.

In addition to their formal education, Jennifer obtained a certification as a Dipl. systemischer Coach from Akademie der Genossenschaften, Montabaur in 2009. Jennifer also acquired certification as an NLP Business Practitioner from DVNLP in 2007.
