Liz Cody has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Liz started their career as a Cost Accountant/Internal Auditor at Toshiba International Corporation in 2000. Liz then moved on to Luby's Restaurants in 2004, where they worked as a Loss Prevention Specialist/Manager until 2009. Liz joined Luby's Fuddruckers Restaurants, LLC. in 2009 as the Director of Loss Prevention. Liz held this position for almost a decade before being promoted to the role of Executive Director of Transition in September 2018. In November 2018, they became the Executive Director of Loss Prevention. Liz then joined Stemmons Enterprise in 2019 and has served as both a Customer Project Manager and a Customer Success Manager. Currently, they continue to work at Stemmons Enterprise, with their roles ongoing and not yet specified for end dates.

Liz Cody has studied Criminal Justice and Accounting at Sam Houston State University.
