Fernand Brunschwig has extensive experience in science education and leadership, currently serving as President of STEMteachersNYC since September 2011, where responsibilities include strategic planning, fund-raising, and staff supervision. Brunschwig previously held roles such as Founder and Executive Director of the organization, and was an Adjunct Professor at Teachers College, Columbia University, teaching physics content and pedagogy.
