Madelene Lindberg

Madelene Lindberg is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in digital transformation and innovation management. Currently, at Stena Metall AB since March 2020, Madelene leads the digital acceleration program as Manager Software Development & Productivity, Manager Digital Products, and Digital Transformation Manager, driving the execution of the company's digital strategy. As a co-founder of IE Stables AB and a former Senior Innovation Leadership Advisor at 66NM, Madelene specializes in helping organizations enhance their innovation capabilities. Previous roles include influential positions at Volvo Car Group, where contributions included creating new business opportunities through IT innovation, and serving on various advisory boards and steering committees related to innovation. Madelene holds two master's degrees in Informatics from the IT University of Gothenburg and the University of Gothenburg.
