Matthew J. Haywood has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matthew J. began their career as an Engineering Lab Technician at Rockwell Collins, where they worked on data communication systems for ground, air, and space. After that, they served as the General Manager at ReVamp Wholesale, where they were responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating personnel, as well as resolving customer complaints.

Haywood then transitioned to a role as an Account Executive at Yelp, where they worked for a brief period before joining ActiveCampaign. At ActiveCampaign, they held multiple roles, including Account Executive, SDR Sales Manager, Director of Business Development for North and South America, and Director of Sales for EMEA. In these positions, they demonstrated leadership skills, driving strategic direction, recruiting teams, and establishing key metrics for success. Matthew J. also played a critical role in expanding the efficiency and effectiveness of outbound and inbound campaigns.

Currently, Haywood is employed as a Sales Manager at Stenn Technologies, a UK-based alternative financier. Their role involves connecting international SMEs to the global financial system, reducing the financing gap through an efficient online platform.

Matthew J. Haywood received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder from 2007 to 2009. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Advanced Electronics & Avionics Systems from Redstone College. Prior to their time at the University of Colorado Boulder and Redstone College, Matthew attended Kirkwood Community College from 2005 to 2007, where they focused on General Studies.
