Senam Payandeh

Senam Payandeh has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2023. Starting with TYY Consulting as an Operations and Implementation Associate in 2013, they then worked as a Business Operations Analyst at Accenture from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, Senam joined Pinterest as a Technical Recruiter. After that, they worked at Facebook as a Business Operations/Program Management professional from 2016 to 2020. In 2020, Senam joined TrueLayer, where they held roles in Business Strategy & Operations and later as a Business Operations Manager until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, Senam worked as the Chief of Staff at Outfund. In 2019, they started their own consulting services, providing personalized advice to startups on development and scaling strategies. Currently, Senam is working as a Senior Consultant in Strategy & Operations at Stenn Technologies and also as a Startup Mentor at LSE Generate.

Senam Payandeh has a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus in Social Business and Entrepreneurship, from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Senam also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from UC San Diego. In addition to their formal education, Senam obtained a certification in "An Introduction to Operations Management" from Coursera Course Certificates in December 2014.
