Yonglun Luo

Yonglun Luo is an accomplished researcher with extensive experience in functional genomics, epigenomics, and regenerative medicine. Currently serving as an Affiliated Researcher at Steno Diabetes Center Aarhus and DANDRITE since September 2019 and September 2020 respectively, Yonglun additionally holds the position of Executive Director at the Lars Bolund Institute of Regenerative Medicine, BGI-Qingdao since September 2017, and has been an Associate Professor at Aarhus University since December 2008. Yonglun's prior roles include Assistant Professor, postdoc, and Research Assistant at various institutions, and a STAR postdoc at Novo Nordisk A/S from July 2012 to June 2014. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Medicine from Aarhus University and a Master's in Behavioral Genetics from the Institute of Psychology, CAS.
