Mathilde Boye currently works as a Projektkoordinator at Steno Diabetes Center Copenhagen, overseeing the Tingbjerg Changing Diabetes project since October 2021. Previous experience includes roles as a Videnskabelig assistent at Forskningscenter for Migration, Etnicitet og Sundhed - MESU, and Steno Diabetes Center Copenhagen, and involvement in research aimed at enhancing the well-being of undocumented pregnant women and their children at Københavns Universitet. Mathilde also worked as a Studentermedhjælper in various organizations, including the Danish Refugee Council and the Statens Institut for Folkesundhed, as well as serving as an intern in the Udenrigsministeriet’s Development Aid. Mathilde holds a Master of Science in Global Health and a Bachelor's degree in Folkesundhedsvidenskab from Københavns Universitet, complemented by a Summer School certificate in Global Health challenges.
