Dayna Shi

Dayna Shi has a diverse and extensive work experience. Dayna most recently worked as the VP of Finance at Steno. Prior to that, they were the Head of Finance and Operations at NEWNESS. Dayna also founded their own consulting firm, SUMPRODUCT Consulting LLC, where they served as the Founder.

Before starting their own company, they held various roles at e.l.f. Cosmetics, including Associate Vice President of Business Insights, Director of Business Insights, and Director of Strategic Finance.

Dayna began their career as a Private Equity Associate at TPG Growth and later worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Moelis & Company. Dayna also gained experience as an intern at Google, where they held positions in Foreign Exchange and People Analytics.

Dayna Shi attended The Wharton School from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree. Dayna'sfield of study included Finance, Statistics, Operations, and Information Management.
