Juan Navarrete

Juan Navarrete has a diverse work experience. Juan started their career at Westlake Financial Services in 2011 as a Collections Specialist, where they achieved various performance goals and provided training and mentoring to new team members. Juan then transitioned to the role of Data Analyst in 2017, where they evaluated historical data, built models, and drove operational improvements resulting in savings and improved profit margins. In 2020, Juan joined Steno as an AR Analyst, and later became a Business Data Analyst in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Business Data Analyst II at Steno.

Juan Navarrete attended Southern New Hampshire University from 2019 to 2023, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
