Jenny Escobar Zárrate

Jenny Escobar Zárrate has extensive experience in the field of intellectual property. Jenny started their career at OlarteMoure as a Practicante in 2013. Jenny then worked at Muñoz Abogados as a Coordinadora de Patentes from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, they interned at Habermann Hruschka & Schnabel as a Trademarks Intern. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Brandstock Services AG as an IP Project Specialist - Searches. Currently, they hold the position of Intellectual Property Analyst at stenon, starting in October 2022.

Jenny Escobar Zárrate completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) program in Intellectual Property and Competition Law at the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC) from 2016 to 2017. In 2019, they participated in an online short course at Harvard University called "CRISPR: Gene-editing Applications." In 2014, Jenny obtained a degree in "Patentes En Biotecnología" from Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Química Farmacéutica at Universidad Nacional de Colombia from 2008 to 2013.
