Brett Hornby has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Brett started their career in 2008 as an Account Manager at Summit Financial Resources. In 2010, they joined Business Monitor International as a Business Development Executive, where they excelled in providing macro/industry research to Fortune 1000 strategy groups. In 2011, Brett joined Reval as an Account Development - Americas, showcasing their strong skills in account development.
From 2013 to 2015, Brett worked as a Senior Account Executive at Wyng (formerly Offerpop), further strengthening their sales expertise. In 2016, they became an Investor at Upsider, a company specializing in intelligent sourcing systems for recruiters. Upsider was later acquired by Recruiter.com in April 2021.
Brett's most recent work experience is at Stensul, where they initially joined as an Enterprise Account Executive in April 2015, becoming the first employee even before the company had a name. Despite the lack of marketing materials or brand identity, Brett successfully sold the company's services to major and highly reputable brands worldwide. Recently, they have taken on the role of Senior Enterprise Account Executive.
Brett Hornby completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Rutgers University - Newark, from the years 2005 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from Montclair State University, from 2008 to 2009.
