Ryan Sears is the current Vice President of Sales at Stensul. Prior to joining Stensul, Sears was with Pantheon Platform where they served in various sales capacities including Director of Enterprise Sales, Regional Sales Manager - East, and Senior Platform Sales Executive & New York Office Lead. In their role as Senior Platform Sales Executive, Sears was responsible for direct and channel sales through strategic agency partners in Pantheon's largest market. Ryan also opened the NYC office. Sears began their career at Pantheon Platform as an Account Executive and was later promoted to Partner Manager.
Sears left Pantheon Platform in 2011 to join Citi - Global Markets as Senior Vice President, Derivatives Sales & Trading. Ryan remained with Citi until 2013 when they joined Scott Murphy for Congress (NY-20) as Deputy Campaign Manager & Finance Director. After the campaign, Sears returned to the private sector and rejoined Pantheon Platform in a sales role.
Sears has a proven track record in sales and marketing and is highly regarded in the industry. Ryan has a deep understanding of the digital agency landscape and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their current role at Stensul.
Ryan Sears completed their undergraduate degree at the University of California, Los Angeles, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Ryan'story, and Philosophy.
