Isi Onwukwe

Isi Onwukwe is a Governance Manager at STEP, where they oversee the Governance Team and manage representative committees and Equality and Diversity Initiatives. Previously, they served as a Committees Governance Officer at The Bar Council of England and Wales and as an HR Executive at Doughty Street Chambers. Isi has also been the Board Secretary for The WI and held roles at Mace, including Mace Foundation Coordinator and Facilities Coordinator. They hold qualifications in Data Protection and People Management with a focus on Equality and Diversity.
