Jenny Teasdale is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and member services across various organizations. Currently serving as Professional Development Manager at STEP – Advising Families Across Generations since August 2016, Jenny has successfully led the structural redesign of STEP’s Essay Route and contributed to the 'Member Journey' project. Previous roles include Membership Coordinator at Family for Every Child, where project coordination for a new Strategic Plan was a key responsibility, and Programmes Coordinator at Accounting for International Development, focusing on partnership development. Jenny's early career includes roles in operations and English language instruction, showcasing a diverse skill set and a commitment to enhancing organizational effectiveness. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from The University of Sheffield, with further educational experiences in France and Argentina.

All STEP members belong to a branch or chapter that provides professional development and opportunities to network with peers at a local level.
