Ben Ramdas

Ben Ramdas has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Ben started their career in 2015 as a Class Teacher at Kingsley Primary School. In 2016, they joined STEP Academy Trust, where they served as a Class Teacher and Maths Lead. Ben continued in this role until 2021, during which they took on additional responsibilities as Upper Key Stage 2 Lead. In 2021, they were promoted to Assistant Head Teacher at STEP Academy Trust.

Ben Ramdas completed their Bachelor's degree in Sports Development and Childrens PE from the University of St Mark & St John in the years 2011 to 2014. Ben then pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in Education with a focus on Primary Education 5-11 at Brunel University London from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Senior Leadership (NPQSL) from Ambition Institute in January 2022 and in Middle Leadership (NPQML) in December 2019.
