Bobbi Martin has held various administrative and managerial roles in different companies such as STEP Academy Trust, Wrapology (International) Ltd, and Halfords. Previous positions include Account Manager and Sales Assistant. Bobbi also has experience as a Barbers Assistant and Summer Camp Workshop Leader. Bobbi graduated from Coventry University with a BA in Sociology in 2019.

STEP Academy Trust currently comprises of seven members - Applegarth Academy, David Livingstone Academy, La Fontaine Academy, Gonville Academy, Wolsey Junior Academy, Angel Oak Academy and Heathfield Academy. The name, an acronym, reflects the aspirational nature of the organisation - Striving Together for Excellence in Partnership.
