Stuart McFarlane

Stuart McFarlane serves as the Head of Learning and Development at Step Change Outsourcing since May 2025, focusing on continuous learning to enhance business success and employee potential. Prior to this role, Stuart accumulated extensive experience at EE from March 2004 to May 2025, initially as a Learning Consultant and Lead Trainer, where responsibilities included creating training solutions and conducting training needs analysis. Additionally, Stuart held the position of FrontLine Trainer, engaging in coaching and facilitation. Stuart's experience also includes working as a Learning and Development Consultant at BT from December 2018 to May 2025 and various roles including Operations Trainer and Technical Support at T-Mobile from March 2004 to October 2012. Education was completed at Greenock Academy.
