Brad McFarlane

Mr. McFarlane has served as vice-president, finance, U.S. since December 2021. He is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of financial and leadership experience, focusing on oil and gas services for the last 13 years. Mr. McFarlane has held progressively senior roles since joining STEP in 2014, serving as controller in both the U.S. and Canada and most recently as STEP’s director, finance, U.S. from 2019 to 2021. Mr. McFarlane graduated from the University of Alberta with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta.
