Additionally, Joyce serves on the Board of Directors for Step Forward and the American Society on Aging, further demonstrating their commitment to community service. They have held various leadership positions, including President of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and Program Manager at Associated Estates Realty Corp.
