Andrew Pavlou BSC. Hons FIRP is an experienced professional in education recruitment, serving as the Sales Director at Step Teachers Ltd since December 2000. In this role, Andrew has contributed to the placement of over 7,600 teachers and support staff in partner schools, emphasizing honesty and ethical practices. From October 2015 to September 2018, Andrew also held the position of School Governor at Enfield Council, where responsibilities included setting aims, policies, and targets for the school, as well as monitoring progress and providing support to the head teacher.
