Candice Phillips

Candice Phillips, M.S., currently serves as the Lead Service Coordinator II at Step Up since October 2022 and holds the position of Program Director at The Wellness Haven Co. since August 2018. Previous roles include Family Consultant at Creative Community Services, Inc. from January 2022 to October 2022, and Scattered Site Case Manager at Facing Forward to End Homelessness from December 2017 to February 2019, where Candice managed a caseload of chronically homeless individuals and families. Additionally, Candice worked as an Adult Protective and Community Worker II at the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services and as a Youth Specialist II at the Missouri Department of Social Services, overseeing juvenile offenders and implementing treatment strategies. Candice is pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University, holds a Master of Science in Human Services Program Administration from Eastern Illinois University, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from the same institution.
