Kimm Baersch

Kimm Baersch is a seasoned non-profit professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within organizations focused on mental health and homelessness. Currently serving as Special Assistant to the President & CEO at Step Up since November 2020, Kimm brings 16 years of engagement with the agency, leveraging a deep knowledge of its mission and housing first model. Previous positions include Non-Profit Professional from August 2018 to January 2021, Special Projects, Grants, Foundation and Donor Relations from February 2009 to July 2018, and Director of Development from October 2002 to March 2008 at Step Up on Second. Additionally, Kimm served as Director of Development at Westside Food Bank from July 1999 to October 2002. Kimm's educational background includes studies at UCLA between 1998 and 2000.
