Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Step Up on Second is responsible for strategic planning and oversight of the organization’s programs and initiatives aimed at supporting individuals with mental health challenges and chronic homelessness. This team collaborates across various regions to ensure effective program implementation, development of housing solutions, and advocacy for the individuals served, while fostering a culture of compassion and inclusion within the organization.
