Chris Gariepy has extensive experience in the chemical industry, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Innovation for North America at Stepan Company since October 2001. Previously held positions include Technical Director overseeing Quality Assurance and R&D operations, Global Product Development Manager for Consumer Products, and Research Chemist/Manager specializing in various sectors such as plastics, industrial lubricants, and personal care products. Prior to Stepan Company, Chris worked as a Research Chemist at Uv Coatings Ltd from May 2000 to October 2001. Chris holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Science from The University of Akron and a B.S. in Chemistry and Biology from St. Norbert College. In 2014, Chris completed an executive education program at Kellogg.
