Didier Ray

Didier Ray is a seasoned professional in the chemical industry, currently serving as the Head of Sustainable Growth at Stepan Company since May 2022. Prior to this role, Didier held various significant positions at Stepan Company, including Purchasing Director Europe from January 2009 to December 2016, responsible for raw material sourcing in multiple divisions, and Business Director for Surfactants in Europe from 2001 to 2008. Didier's experience also includes roles such as Sales Director for Surfactants in Europe, Cationic Business Manager, and R&D Manager for Europe. Didier holds a degree in Chemistry (GRSC 2) from Teesside University, completed between 1982 and 1985.
