Jeff Varghese has extensive experience in the chemical industry, currently serving as the Specialties Commercial Director at Stepan Company since September 2007. Over the years, Jeff has held multiple roles at Stepan Company, including Director of the Polymer Innovation Program, Commercial Development Manager, and Market Development & Sales Manager for the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining Stepan Company, Jeff worked as an R&D Chemical Engineer from May 2006 to July 2007 and completed an internship as a UPW Facilities Engineer at Intel Corporation in 2005. Jeff holds a degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained between 2001 and 2006.
