Joe Mahoney

Joe Mahoney has extensive experience in technical service and development, currently serving as the Technical Service and Development Manager at Stepan Company since November 2019, where Joe also holds the position of EU Technical Development Specialist. Prior to this role, Joe was the Director at Trimer Technologies Limited from March 2018 to November 2019. Joe's tenure at Celotex Insulation from 2016 to March 2018 included leadership roles as the Head of R&D and Head of the PIR Competency Centre, as well as the Head of Research and Development. Joe's career at Celotex began in various capacities from 2003 to 2015, including Development Manager, Process Improvement Manager, Plant Chemist, and Development Chemist. Joe holds an MChem degree in Chemistry from Lancaster University and spent a year studying abroad at Oregon State University.
