Ian Warner

Ian Warner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ian began their career as a Corporate Recovery Executive at PWC in 1995 and later joined GE Money as a Reporting Manager in 2000. In 2007, they became the Finance Director at Orchard Care Homes, where they focused on driving business performance and managing strategic acquisitions. From 2012 to 2014, Ian served as the Finance Director at Genix Healthcare, where they successfully negotiated NHS contracts and overhauled management reporting systems. In 2014, they worked as an Interim Financial Consultant at Orchard Care Homes before joining StepChange Debt Charity as the Head of Finance. In their role, Ian has been instrumental in delivering income growth, managing government grant income relationships, and leading the development of crucial client money reconciliation tools.

Ian Warner attended Salt Grammar School from 1987 to 1992. After completing their high school education, they enrolled at The University of Sheffield, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Hons Accounting and Financial Management from 1992 to 1995.
