Joshua Capewell

Joshua Capewell is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Learning and Development Team Leader at StepChange Debt Charity since October 2022. Prior to this role, Joshua held several positions at Nationwide Building Society from March 2014 to September 2022, including Senior Training Consultant and Branch Manager. Joshua's career started at NatWest as a Customer Service Representative from January 2012 to March 2014. Currently pursuing CIPD Qualifications, Joshua is enrolled in a Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development from September 2023 to September 2024.
