Matthew Pearson

Matthew Pearson has extensive experience in the financial and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Learning and Development Specialist at StepChange Debt Charity since March 2016, where previous roles also included Debt Advisor and Helpline Advisor. Prior to this, Matthew Pearson worked as a Customer Experience Advisor at Capita from April 2015 to February 2016.
