Nicola Marshall

Nicola Marshall serves as the People & Culture Coordinator/Executive Support at StepChange Debt Charity since December 2021, managing calendars for the leadership team and coordinating meetings for the Directorate. Previously, Nicola held the position of Executive PA to Operations/HR & Client Experience Directors at StepChange, where responsibilities included managing executives' calendars and organizing meetings. At WILLIAM MARTIN FIREFLY LTD from May 2016 to December 2021, Nicola worked as an Account Manager, overseeing communication for client accounts, producing site reports, and ensuring data accuracy. Prior experience includes serving as an Executive PA at NHS Shared Business Services and as Legal and Governance Secretary at Leeds Beckett University, with a focus on diary management and administrative support to governance teams. Education was completed at Outwood Grange from 1995 to 2000.
