Patrick Cairns is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a significant track record in both the public and private sectors. Currently serving as B2B Marketing Manager at StepChange Debt Charity since September 2022, Patrick previously held various managerial positions within the UK Civil Service, where responsibilities included strategic communications planning across education policy and leading cross-government campaigns related to coronavirus recovery.
