Paul O'Hare

Paul O'Hare is an experienced software engineer with a career spanning multiple roles and organizations since 1987. Currently a Senior Software Engineer at StepChange Debt Charity since June 2021, Paul previously served as a Data Engineer at Sky Betting & Gaming for a brief period. During a long tenure at StepChange Debt Charity from 2013 to 2021, Paul held various positions including Lead SQL Developer and Application Support Developer. Prior roles include Analyst Programmer positions at Advanced Supply Chain and Maintenance Experts, as well as developmental roles at HBOS and Accenture. Paul began a career in software development at RSA and Bradford Pennine Insurance.
